Udon

Ingredients: beef, cabbage, shiitake mushrooms, radish, 1 egg, udon fish

- Marinate beef with 2 spoons of soy sauce, 2 spoons of tzuyu, 2 spoons of mirin, and minced garlic

-Cut the cabbages
-Make a cut in the shiitake mushrooms
-I'll grind the radish and prepare it

-Add olive oil to the pot and stir-fry the meat
-transfer the stir-fried meat to a plate
-Boil the marinated sauce with cabbage and mushrooms
-Add a spoonful of tzuyu

-When it boils, add udon noodles and boil it
-Add a spoonful of soy sauce
-Add egg yolk and seasoned radish

Stir-fry the remaining whites with rice in the remaining soup
It's delicious if you eat it like porridge.)
